Link for MAX Stats - Guild Wars Forums

I am new and I can not find a link for the different items and what the max stats should be ... if someone sold me an item and said it had max stats I would not know if it was true plus if something droped with max stats I would have NO clue if it was. Where is a link that has a list of these or is there one.
